Leonardo Da Vinci announces that he is going to unveil his latest work in San Marino. Its title is "World Harmony." After the announcement, for some reason, people all around the Italian Peninsula fall unconscious... and Lupin and the gang are no exception. Lupin later awakes in San Marino, and in front of him, he spots Da Vinci. As he follows the artist, Lupin discovers what "World Harmony" actually is!
Leonardo da Vinci vuole creare una nuova grandiosa opera, chiamata: "L'Armonia del mondo". Per farle nascere, ha bisogno delle menti migliori che vivono in Italia. Utilizzando la tecnologia del "sogno italiano", sfida in sogno tutta la popolazione della penisola, compresi Lupin, Fujiko, Zenigata, Goemon, Nix e Rebecca.

Leonardo da Vinci annonce une nouvelle œuvre dans la République de San Marino. Le titre est "Harmonie du monde". Après son annonce, toutes les personnes de la péninsule italienne tombent dans le coma. Et Lupin et sa bande ne font pas exception... Mais Lupin se réveille à San Marino et Da Vinci apparaît devant lui. Sous la direction de Da Vinci, Lupin découvre la véritable nature de "l'harmonie du monde" !
