Goemon returns to Iga after ten years, only to find his master, Jinen, near death. Before expiring, he tells Goemon that his junior disciple, Hissatsu Jinkuroo, stole half of the Scroll of the Secrets of the Iga Ninja, which contains a map showing the location of the Treasure of Iga. He also gives Goemon the remaining portion of the scroll, with the rest of the map. Jinkuroo, knowing that he doesn't stand a chance in a straight-on fight against Goemon, boldly has himself arrested, hoping to be put in prison, and thus beyond Goemon's reach. How will the trial, and the death duel, turn out?!
De retour à Iga après dix ans, Goemon apprend que son maître Jinen est mourant. Ce dernier lui révèle qu'un disciple, Hissatsu Jinkuroo, a volé la moitié du rouleau secret des ninjas d'Iga. Lupin aide Goemon à affronter Jinkuroo pour récupérer la carte du Trésor d'Iga.
Goemon, dimostrando un grande coraggio, sfida a duello Jinkuro che ha tradito il suo insegnante, il signor Jigen. Ma Jinkuro muore. Lupin interviene.

Goemon regresa a Iga después de diez años, solo para encontrar a su maestro, Jinen, cerca de la muerte. Antes de expirar, le dice a Goemon que su discípulo menor, Hissatsu Jinkuroo, robó la mitad del Pergamino de los Secretos del Iga Ninja, que contiene un mapa que muestra la ubicación del Tesoro de Iga. También le da a Goemon la porción restante del pergamino, con el resto del mapa.
