Yorie Usami (Yasuko Sawaguchi), a teacher at Priory Girls' Academy, strictly follows the school's precepts. One day, Usami kills Tetsuya Abe (Kazuyuki Aijima), a free-spirited teacher and fakes the death as an accident. Furuhata is suspicious of the various things left in Abe's room and suspects Usami to be the culprit, but does not understand their motive, which may be hidden among the school's strict rules.
プライオリ女子学院の教師・宇佐美ヨリエ（沢口靖子）は学園の戒律を守ることに徹底していた。ある日宇佐美は学園の中でも自分と全く正反対の自由奔放な教師・阿部哲也（相島一之）を殺害し、事故死を偽装する。捜査に訪れた古畑は、阿部の部屋に残された様々な状況に疑問を感じ宇佐美を犯人とにらむが、彼女が阿部を殺す動機が分からない。学院の厳格な戒律の中に事件の鍵は隠されていた。
