World-renowned composer Ichiro Shiobara has passed away, and a musical funeral will be held. The memorial song was scheduled to be performed by Ken Kawai (Shinsho Nakamaru), the president of Shiobara Music Academy. Kaoru Iguchi (Nana Kinomi), who was Shiobara's student and lover, cannot forgive Kawai for corrupting the school that Shiobara built, and kills him with a stun gun. Thought that due to his bad heart, he died from an illness, but Furuhata can hear the telltale signs of foul play among the music played in the memorial.
世界的作曲家・塩原一郎が亡くなり、音楽葬が行われることになった。追悼曲は塩原音楽学院学長の川合健（中丸新将）が演奏する予定だったが、塩原の教え子で愛人でもあった井口薫（木の実ナナ）は、塩原が築いた学院を金儲け主義で汚した川合が許せず、スタンガンを使って殺害する。心臓を悪くしていたという事実もあり、川合は病死と思われていたのだが…。
