ショウマは再びヴラムと対峙し、彼の本当の目的を知る。 ヴラムは闇菓子によって亡くなった弟の仇を討つために、ストマック社に潜入していたのだった。 戦いの中で二人の思いはぶつかり合い、 ショウマはヴラムに「ストマック社に力を貸すのではなく、共に戦おう」と強く訴えかける。 ヴラムは答えなく去って行くが、一人思い悩むヴラムの元にショウマは再び現れる。 果たしてヴラムが出した答えとは？ そして、取り戻せなかったヒトプレスを追い求め、グラニュート界の闇菓子工場への潜入が始まる！
Shoma confronts Vram again and learns his true purpose. Vlam had infiltrated Stomach Corporation in order to avenge the death of his younger brother who was killed by the Dark Sweets. During the battle, their thoughts collide, and Shoma strongly appeals to Vram, ``Let's fight together instead of lending our strength to Stomach.'' Vram leaves without answering, but Shoma reappears as Vram worries alone. What answer did Vram give?
