グラニュート・ラーゲ９が変身した仮面ライダーヴラムの強烈な一撃がヴァレンを襲う！ ショウマは標的のグラニュートを倒すことに成功するも、幸果のご近所の御手洗タケシ君のヒトプレスを見つけ出すことはできなかった。 ショウマと絆斗はヴラムの圧倒的な強さを思い知る事となるが、諦めることなくタケシ君のヒトプレス探索に臨む。 一方で、ヴラムはランゴから命じられたヒトプレス集めの任務を遂行するため、次の標的となる場所に狙いを定め、そこで再びショウマとヴラムは再会を果たす。 二人は真っ向から激しくぶつかり合い、ショウマはヴラムの本当の目的を聞き出そうとする。
Granute Lage 9 transforms into Kamen Rider Vram, who delivers a powerful blow to Valen! Shouma succeeds in defeating his target, Granute, but is unable to find Takeshi Mitarai's Hitopress, who lives in Sachika's neighborhood. Shouma and Kizuna realize just how overwhelmingly strong Vram is, but they refuse to give up and continue searching for Takeshi's Hitopress. Meanwhile, Vram sets his sights on his next target location to complete the mission of collecting Hitopress ordered by Rango, and there Shouma and Vram are reunited. The two clash head-on, and Shouma tries to find out Vram's true purpose.
