While at Frosty Pines, Snuffy and the gang build a snowman named Jack Frosty, and Snuffy wants to bring him back to the airport with them. But once there, Jack Frosty begins to melt and Snuffy soon learns that Jack Frosty has to stay at Frosty Pines, as that's where cold things never melt.
