When Revvin' Evan's cousin Tuffy the Tow Truck comes to Tarrytown for the first time, she has to pass a test which involves pulling one of the planes. When she couldn't do so probably because she is small, Tuffy proves she never gives up and teaches Jay Jay and friends to never judge someone by their size, but by their heart and spirit.
