因在婚禮的電子人情市場失利，阿信因此想出可以開托喪禮的電子帛金市場的藍海策略，但卻遭到Kennth和Tony的反對。恰巧東邪的朋友Geogre因病去世，四海之外的朋友無法出席喪禮，遺孀的處境引起Tony的同情，各人決心要用PayPayDuck幫Geogre辦一場完美的喪禮。而察覺到阿信新策略的阿Lou，亦打算繼續抄襲……
Nim Shun comes up with the idea of e-condolence money, but his team members are against it. After some discussion, the team decides to give it a try and pitch their idea to the leader of the funeral industry. But they soon realize there are some obstacles they have to overcome first. Meanwhile, Lou tries to copy their idea, but things do not seem to end well for him.
