With a puff of smoke, Wizard Tripwick appears and bumbles his way into his classroom. Once inside, loveable Wizard Tripwick does his best to teach his wizarding pupils a spell to make bananas appear out of thin air. Down on the allotment, Humphrey is intrigued by his neighbour's metal detector and quickly gets to work looking for buried treasure. Humphrey's search sends his neighbour tumbling into a hole, but together they make an exciting find. Newsreader Arthur Sleep has some rather cheesy jokes, and explorer Rapids Johnson forages for supplies whilst looking for bears deep in the woods. In a new Super Vlog, Captain Adorable gives an update on his latest superhero mission. We learn that things didn't go quite to plan when Captain Adorable tried to help a jogger tie his shoelaces. Finally, minstrel Will Singalot sings about Robin Hood's attempts to knock down all the cans in a game at the forest fair.

The Gigglekids are on hand with a joke about a donkey, and Keith Fitt has got another Champion Tip - today he focuses on gymnastics by doing some ribbon twirling. Keith Fitt attempts to break an egg-and-spoon world record, and Gail Force interviews Bill the world champion spoon player.
Down at Nana Knickerbocker’s panto farm shop, Carol the Camel gets the hump when a customer tries to buy her favourite rug, which turns out to be a magic carpet. Wild Wez and his mule are sent on a whirlwind adventure by a roadrunner. Arthur Sleep has had a make over and is doing his best to look cool. Humphrey causes chaos on a peaceful campsite, Keith Fitt is on hand with an exercise song and Captain Adorable think he’s been turned into a giant by a super-growth ray! Finally, it's laundry day in Sherwood Forest and over-confident Robin offers to wash Marion’s best dress for her.
Wizard Tripwick appears in a puff of smoke and attempts to demonstrate a shrinking spell to his wizarding pupils. Arthur Sleep has a report about newsreaders getting the uncontrollable urge to party. The Lost Pirate is marooned at the garden centre but wins a hamper of provisions for being the hundredth customer through the door. Gail Force interviews hat designer Bertie Beret. Wild Wez gets in a spin trying to perform a hoedown with his speedy roadrunner, and Rapids Johnson entertains himself in the woods by doing a jigsaw. Finally Dina Lady and Tommy are out on their delivery rounds. Today they’ve got a delicious banana cake for Mr G Rilla, but Dina Lady manages to slip on a banana skin and lands in the cake with a splat!
Gail Force tries on a brand new rocket-powered spacesuit. The suit’s inventor warns Gail not to press the big red button on the front of the suit but Gail quickly forgets this instruction and is rocketed up into space. The intrepid reporter tells Arthur Sleep what she can see from space and then returns to Earth with a bit of a bump! Next Keith Fitt does his best to break a spacehopper world record, and the Lost Pirate finds himself in the middle of a football match. Dan Step tries to do a dance with a ukulele and after falling into a box of musical instruments ends up looking like a one-man band. Arthur Sleep gives a news report about an astronaut moving house and ends up telling lots of silly space jokes. Then Professor Muddles demonstrates his latest invention: The Sleeper Sheeper Theatre. The theatre has lots of sheep for Professor Muddles to count to help him fall asleep, but some other cheeky noisy animals sneak into the theatre and end up having a rather noisy party. Professor Muddles decides he’s better off joining in with the party and we leave him dancing with the animals. Wild Wez is dancing too and performs a funny line dance with all this farmyard animals.

Arthur Sleep is on hand with a silly news story about a group of scientists trying to make an unbreakable egg. Next Captain Adorable attempts to rescue another citizen by opening her packet of crisps. Then it’s time for lots of funny dancing in Silly Time. Hapless enthusiast DIY Dan does his best to repair an old rocking horse while Robin Hood proudly shows off his new horse to Will Singalot and the Merry Band, who let him know it’s not a horse but a brushy broom!
Keith Fitt opens a new soft play centre in his home town while at Nana Knickerbocker’s panto farm shop, a customer wants to buy a pumpkin. Nana mistakes the customer for Cinderella. Arthur Sleep is late for work and discovers a cardboard cut of himself sitting in his seat. The Lost Pirate is aboard a bus but worries when a passenger gets off at the next stop, so races to his rescue with a huge rubber ring. Then it’s off to the bowling green where Humphrey’s neighbour has entered a bowling tournament. Next the Gigglekids are on hand with a joke about going to the dentist. Dina Lady and Tommy are up early to deliver a cake before Ms Stamp the postie sets out on her rounds. Dina Lady sings a song to try and keep sleepy Tommy awake.
With a storm brewing in the woods, Rapids Johnson rushes to finish building a shelter. In Gail Force’s chat show, she interviews a guest called Lisa. Wild Wez is feeling hungry and tries to get his cheeky animals to pass him a sandwich. The Lost Pirate is still lost at the garden centre and mistakes a game of garden noughts and crosses as the markings of lots of buried treasure. In the newsroom Arthur Sleep is busy trying to record an audio book to help people fall asleep at night but the stories work so well they make Arthur nod off mid-sentence. Next there’s lots of funny dancing in Silly Time and then Keith Fitt is on hand with another Champion Tip. Finally, hapless DIY enthusiast Dan makes a garden for some gnomes and soon lots of them arrive to take a look at his handiwork.

Then Gail Force reports from a one-legged world record attempt. Snoozing in the sun, Wild Wez is interrupted by his hat jumping away from him, so he chases it all around the farmyard. Finally Maid Marion is holding auditions for the Forest Summer Show and Robin Hood is convinced he will get the main part.

Quick-thinking Gail manages to step in and perform a song with lots of yeehaws in it! Things are a bit quieter in a posh restaurant when Humphrey’s neighbour is ready for a peaceful lunch. Captain Adorable is on hand with another instalment of his Super Vlog while Enrico Paso Doble and his dance partner perform a rock and roll jive. Finally Keith Fitt attempts to break a car wash world record and manages to wash not only a car but a judge as well.
