第16集 - 荔荷蒸雞

Gigi姐以荔枝入饌,再配上荷葉來製作一道清雅的荔荷蒸雞。她以荷葉包裹著雞肉和荔枝同蒸,令兩者皆可吸收荷葉的清香。嫩滑的雞肉入口帶點清甜味道,還散發陣陣清幽的荷葉香氣,而且賣相相當精緻。
