烏頭是香港人常吃的魚類,而本地烏頭以元朗養殖的最為出名,肉質鮮甜嫩滑,一年四季皆當造。今集黃淑儀(Gigi姐)跟觀眾示範的本地傳統小菜「酸梅蒸烏頭」,是以肥美甘香的魚肉再配上開胃惹味之醬汁,而且做法簡單方便。
