The Thanksgiving Episode

Kate hat sich entschlossen, für den Vorstand des Elternbeirats zu kandidieren. Sie bekommt schnell zu spüren was für eine komplexe Angelegenheit so ein Wahlkampf ist, als sie es sich bei ihrer ersten Rede mit den Truthähnen verscherzt. Um sich wieder mit den potenziellen Wählern zu versöhnen, befolgt sie Larrys Rat, die Truthähne zu einem Anti-Thanksgiving-Fest einzuladen. Dabei merkt sie, dass sie sich weniger Sorgen um ihr Verhalten, als um das ihres Vaters machen muss.

In the midst of the heated battle to win the election for PTA president, Kate makes an off-handed remark regarding her turkey constituents that has the entire animal population labeling her a racist. In the hopes of avoiding defeat she invites the turkeys to spend their annual festival of pilgrim betrayal (a.k.a. Thanksgiving) with Larry and the family, only to have Sarmoti's off-color remarks threaten to ruin the evening.
