The Detective Boys went to an eel warehouse's exhibit where there was a huge country fair at Genta's recommendation. Professor Agasa had asked them to bring some eels back to cook for them but, at the fair, Genta goes to the washroom and disappears. The Detective Boys search for him until they go to the loading deck and see Genta in a van gagged and attached by two mysterious kidnappers. They pursue on foot until they run into officer Yumi and Naeko's mini-patrol car and tell them to follow the truck since Genta is inside and has been kidnapped

경시청 교통과 소속인 유미와 나에코는 오늘도 어김없이 순찰차로 관내를 돌아다니며 뭔가 화끈한 사건이 안 생기나 하면서 따분해한다. 그런데 백화점에서 황급히 뛰어나오며 소리를 지르는 코난을 발견. 무슨 일이냐고 묻자, 2인조 괴한이 겐타를 납치해 갔다면서 어서 그 차를 쫓아가 달라는 것. 탐정단 무전기로 겐타에게 연락해 보지만 테이프로 입이 봉해진 탓에 겐타는 응답하지 못한다. 알고 보니 괴한들의 범행 계획을 겐타가 우연히 듣게 됐고, 얼굴까지 봐 버렸기 때문에 겐타를 납치해 간 것이었다. 그런데 코난과 아이들이 겐타를 안심시키기 위해 작은 목소리로 무전을 하는 걸 괴한들이 알아차리고 무전기를 부숴 버린다. 그나마 무전기가 있었기에 괴한들의 차량을 쫓아갈 수 있었는데 무전기마저 망가진 상황이라 괴한들의 행방을 알 수 없게 된 것. 코난과 소년 탐정단은 겐타를 무사히 구해낼 수 있을 것인가...
La Liga Juvenil de Detectives va a coger anguilas (ya era hora con lo que le gusta a Genta). Una vez ahí, Genta se separa del resto del grupo y es secuestrado por dos hombres en una furgoneta. El profesor y los niños se encuentran en ese momento con el coche patrulla de Yumi y Naeko. Comenzará una trepidante persecución gracias a las gafas rastreadoras de Conan.

El professor i els nens es troben en aquell moment amb el cotxe patrulla de Yumi i Naeko. Començarà una trepidant persecució gràcies a les ulleres rastrejadores de Conan.
