Sudden Change

Due to several reasons the four trainees will be alone during the night without a senior. A drunken man arrives that needs to have a complicated operation, that Aizawa and Hiyama perform with the help of the other two until a senior finally arrives. At the end of the episode, Shiaishi is allowed on the Heli, replacing Aizawa, who is not sohappy about this turn of events.

白石（新垣結衣）と藤川（浅利陽介）が、二人だけで当直を担当することに。だが、藍沢（山下智久）と緋山（戸田恵梨香）も手術の経験を増やすチャンスだと感じ、病院に残る。そんな中、泥酔状態で転倒した会社員・島田（春海四方）が運ばれてくる。軽傷と思われたが、容体が急変。藍沢は自分たちだけでオペを行おうと決断する。
