Eddie decides it's time for Tommy to fly like a real bird when Tommy's ""flight training"" balloon jeopardizes Eddie's chances of winning Spring Robin's heart. (feathery chest -- just kidding!) Tommy explains that turkey's aren't supposed to fly, but Eddie convinces him that he'll never know unless he tries! When Tommy's flight attempt ends in a disastrous crash, Eddie realizes that everyone has different limitations and should be accepted the way they are.
Spring invita a Eddie a Divertilandia y le pide que lleve a un amigo para que acompañe a la prima de esta. Eddie elige a Tommy, pero todos se fastidian y lo tachan de infantil ya que no quiere despegarse de su globo porque sin él no puede volar. Eddie y los chicos de la escuela lo obligan a intentar volar sin su globo y el pobre Tommy resulta herido. Morty habla con Eddie y le explica que no todos los pájaros vuelan aunque tengan alas. Eddie y sus compañeros piden disculpas a Tommy y lo aceptan tal y como es, con todo y globo.
