家政夫のナギサさん(大森南朋)と手を繋いだまま眠ってしまったメイ(多部未華子)は､衝撃の事実にパニック状態に陥る｡さらに天敵の田所(瀬戸康史)が隣人であることが判明!ライバル会社のMRが隣の部屋に住んでいたとは･･･｡動揺が収まらない中､今度はメイの母･美登里(草刈民代)が家にやって来る｡家政夫の存在を母に知られたくないメイは､ナギサさんを隠すのに奮闘｡必死にごまかそうとする｡そんな中､メイは同僚の陶山薫(高橋メアリージュン)の計画で､田所と合コンすることに｡渋々参加するメイだったが､田所が急接近してきて･･･!?
To her surprise, Mei discovers that her next-door neighbor Yuta works for a rival pharmaceutical company. To make matters worse, her colleague Kaoru arranges for Mei and Yuta to attend a matchmaking dinner together. On top of that, Mei’s mother suddenly drops by to visit and Mei has to scurry to hide the fact that she has a male housekeeper!
