Sara er kommet på hospitalet med Annas hjælp og kan tilsyneladende ikke vågne. Imens går hun lyslevende omkring i Den Anden Verden, hvor hun møder Rødhætte og bliver forfulgt af en jæger. I skoven støder hun på dværgenes hus, og dværgene får fornemt besøg. På teatret vil sponsoren Søren have sin datter Camilla til at overtage Saras rolle.
Sara has arrived at the hospital with Anna's help and can't seem to wake up. Meanwhile, she walks brightly in the Other World, where she meets Little Red Riding Hood and is pursued by a hunter. In the forest, she comes across the dwarves' house, and the dwarves receive a distinguished visit. At the theatre, the sponsor Søren wants his daughter Camilla to take over Sara's role.
