Fukuhara Kouhei was born May 8 in Fukushima Prefecture, Japan. He is a voice actor (seiyuu) and narrator currently belonging to Aoni Production. He entered Toei Animation Laboratory's seiyuu course in 2001 and graduated in 2003, joining Aoni thereafter.
