الصحابي الجليل بلال بن رباح رضي الله عنه ، كان عبدًا لبني جمح ، فلما أعلن إسلامه وكان من السباقين في الإسلام ،عذبه سيده أمية بن خلف ، فصبر بلال رضي الله عنه وكان يقول مقولته الشهيره (أحد أحد) ، حتى اشتراه ابوبكر الصديق رضي الله عنه واعتقه ، وهو مؤذن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم .
