In this episode of Ziddi Dil Maane Na, Balli goes to meet Tilli at the hospital but finds him being attacked by someone. He saves his life by tackling the attacker & calling the hospital authorities on time. But, the doctor says that he has gone into coma. Later, Balli meets his friend Shanty and tells him about his good deed, how he saved someone's life.
