Zaisetsu, a young kappa (a Japanese mythical creature), doesn't know how to swim, always loses at sumo, and hates cucumbers. He tries to prove he's a worthy kappa by spending all his money on the lottery and winning the prize to go on a sightseeing tour to India. Unfortunately, problems start as soon as he arrives at the airport...
