Playmaker's attempts to prevent conflict between Ignises and humans have failed. Due to Varis' attack, the Light Ignis is now hellbent on subjugating the humans. The Light Ignis then declares war on humanity and kicks off his plan to place humans under the Ignises' control. In order to accomplish the Ignises' goal, Bohman appears and challenges Playmaker to a Duel.
人類とイグニス、お互いの共存を目指すPlaymakerの想いもむなしく、リボルバーの襲撃によって対立の意思を固めた光のイグニスは、人類に対して宣戦を布告し、人々をイグニスの支配下に置くために動き出す。さらに光のイグニスと共闘するボーマンが現れ、イグニスの使命を全うするためにPlaymakerへ闘いを挑んでくる。
As tentativas de Playmaker de impedir o conflito entre os Ignis e os seres humanos falharam. Devido ao ataque de Baira, Lightning agora está decidida a subjugar os humanos. Lightning, então, declara guerra à humanidade e inicia seu plano de colocar humanos sob o controle dos Ignis. Para atingir o objetivo dos Ignis, Bohman aparece e desafia Playmaker para um duelo.
Lightning explica a Ai y a Flame la verdad sobre lo ocurrido con el Cyberse, lo cual perturba a todos por igual.
