「LINK VRAINS」に突然、不気味な塔が出現し、デュエリストたちを次々とデータ化する事件が発生。それを知ったPlaymakerは、ゴーストガールに託された情報を元に「LINK VRAINS」へと向かい、同じく危機を察知したGo鬼塚とブルーエンジェルに出会う。そして彼らは、情報を共有し、それぞれが別々にリボルバーを探しに行く。そして、ブルーエンジェルの行く手を阻むようにスペクターが現れるのだった…。
Do nada, surge uma estranha torre na Link VRAINS. O caso ocorreu assim que duelistas foram convertidos em dados, um após o outro. Baseado nas informações obtidas pela Ghost Girl, Playmaker vai em direção à Link VRAINS e se depara com Go Onizuka e Blue Angel, que também se deram conta da crise lá instaurada. Após trocarem informações, cada um segue um caminho rumo a Revolver. Para impedir a determinação de Blue Angel, surge um novo desafiante: Spectre.
Revolver ha tomado control de LINK VRAINS y su Torre de Hanoi amenaza con borrar todos los datos absorbidos, incluyendo las personas que atrapó. Tres héroes acudirán al rescate de la situación.
