Marik's Evil Council of Doom is a spin-off of Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Abridged Series by LittleKuriboh. It centers around the life of recurring villains Marik Ishtar and Yami Bakura (also known as Florence), and their attempts to establish a Council of Evil encompassing every Yu-Gi-Oh villain available.
