Yusei reveals that Taro's plan is to sacrifice a level 1 monster that has been on the field for ten of his turns so he can summon his trump card, Zushin the Sleeping Giant. When the crowd gets word of this, they start cheering for Team Taiyo, along with the people from their hometown. Crow's attempts to destroy the sacrifice fails, allowing Taro to summon out Zushin, which defeats Crow. Yusei takes over, and brings out Stardust Dragon to battle against Taro.
Yusei révèle que le plan de Taro est de sacrifier un monstre de niveau 1 resté sur le terrain pendant 10 de ses tours afin de pouvoir invoquer sa carte maîtresse, le Géant Endormi au Bruit Sourd. Quand la foule l'apprend, elle commence à encourager l'Équipe Taiyo, de même que les personnes de leur ville natale. Les tentatives de Crow de détruire le monstre de sacrifice de niveau 1 échouent, permettant à Taro d'invoquer le Géant qui bat alors Crow. Yusei prend la suite et invoque son Dragon Poussière d'Étoile pour affronter Taro.
