Valley of the Shadow

Hercules, Iolaus and Theseus follow the advice of a mysterious old man and go hunting in an area rich with game. What they don't know, however, is that the area is Hera's Valley, which is protected by a dangerous monster. Another fact that they're unaware of is that the strange old man is really Zeus, King of the Gods, Hercules's father and that he is testing his son with this challenge.

Hercules und seine Freunde werden bei einem Angelausflug von einem Monster angegriffen. Im letzten Moment gelingt ihnen die Flucht und sie finden Unterschlupf in einer Höhle. Dort treffen sie auf einen alten Mann namens Aegeus. Er warnt die Kadetten vor Hera, deren Zorn sie geweckt haben. Als Aegeus in die Fänge des Ungeheuers fällt, setzt Hercules alles daran, den Mann zu retten. Hercules weiß nicht, dass Aegeus ein großes Geheimnis hat.
