It’s GET READY day! A little moment to get yourself organized, take stock of your energy, and prepare for our next 30 days together on the mat. (Consider this Day 0. Your first movement practice kicks off with Day 1.) I hope this multi-layered series will serve as a daily practice to help you feel your worth as you build a strong and flexible body. It is also my goal to help you learn how to access different energetic states for sustainable expansion and growth.
