  • S03E01 Sweat Total Body

    Grab your resistance loop and prepare to sweat! This total-body cardio and sculpting class will work your body from top to bottom to help you build a lean, toned, and strong body.

  • S03E02 Sculpt Upper Body Chisel + Core

    You’ll use your ankle weights and targeted sculpting sequences that manipulate range of movement, repetition, and speed to strengthen your arms, chest, and core.

  • S03E03 Sweat Lower Body

    Alternating rounds of high-energy cardio-dance intervals and incredibly effective resistance training will help you build strong, lean, and defined glutes and legs.

  • S03E04 Sculpt Total Body Chisel + Core

    Andrea dials up the intensity with a full body workout that uses targeted sculpting sequences to drill down on large and stabilizer muscles for a total-body burn.
