Jou Jojo soittaa pallerhuilua loikkasirkalle. Hän kuitenkin hukkaa sekä loikkasirkan että pallerhuilun. Muut Pallerot sekä Vekarat ryhtyvät etsimään sirkkaa ja huilua yhdessä Jou Jojon kanssa.
