After working overtime to grow his businesses during the pandemic, Mark doubles down on his commitment to each and weighs a new opportunity in spirits. Meanwhile, Mark puts his own money – and faith – into a passion project, rolling the dice on a first-time director.
In an effort to grow Municipal, Mark meets with pro football player and potential brand investment partner, Myles Garrett. Then, after further sussing out the Flecha Azul team (as well as their golfing ability), Mark budgets time amid his busy filming schedule to help level up his son’s card collecting game.
While traveling to Mexico to tour Flecha Azul’s distillery, Mark fantasizes about taking F45 public as gyms around the country begin to reopen. Then, Mark juggles a new health and wellness podcast with his nutritionist Dr. Christopher Vincent, a post-pandemic pivot for Wahlburgers with new CEO John Fuller, and an old knee injury that threatens one of his stunt scenes.
After the tragic death of his beloved mother Alma, Mark finds solace in the final stretch of production on his faith-based film, and unexpectedly connects with his grief while shooting his character’s emotional release scene.
Mark celebrates his 50th in his hometown of Boston before heading home for a social media consultation with his daughter ahead of an important meeting. Then, Mark makes a decision about his future involvement with Flecha Azul and meets with the CEO of luxury sneaker company P448 about potential investment and collaboration opportunities with Municipal… but is met with resistance.
As Mark and his brother Paul solidify a new partnership for Wahlburgers in Vegas casinos, the Municipal team feels pressure to create a women’s line – and receives a much-needed assist from Mark’s wife Rhea. Then, after taking a pitch from the creators of a new product called Blender Cap, Mark travels to New York to officially take F45 public.
At his car dealership in Ohio, Mark learns that supply chain issues have contributed to a slowdown in sales – but interest in his RV and Airstream business has exploded. Meanwhile, Mark attempts to recruit pro athletes and their sons to join Cardboyz, Rhea addresses fit issues ahead of Municipal’s women’s line launch, and Rosalind Ross prepares to screen Mark’s film in front of an audience for the first time.
After rallying the marketing team for Flecha Azul’s big launch, Mark travels to Iowa in hopes of adding Wahlburgers locations inside a chain of Midwest grocery stores – and manages to sell them on including F45 gyms. Meanwhile, feeling increased pressure to grow Unrealistic Ideas, Archie meets with rising star Paul Walter Hauser. Later, Mark flies to Paris to solidify a partnership for Municipal.
After Mark travels to Iowa to screen his new film, a tornado warning finds him receiving shelter – and press – in the basement. Meanwhile, first samples of Municipal’s new women’s line arrive, but a snag on the website disrupts customer orders. Then, as Flecha Azul partner Abe Ancer plays in an esteemed golf tournament, Mark finds a flaw in Blender Cap’s design.
After delivering the shocking news that he’s moving his family to Las Vegas, Mark checks in with each of his businesses… and rallies the F45 board when the company's stock price takes a hit. Then, as he heads to London for his next movie, Mark decides to recut Father Stu for a PG-13 rating, receives some exciting news about a new Wahlburgers partnership, and is thrilled when samples of Municipal Sneakers finally arrive.
