Cameras follow the launch of the company's new uniform, and Annie who has to fit out thousands of employees. Meanwhile, Rebe, Mim and Helen are putting together a style guide for company staff, and they want airline workers to be the magazine's models, so hopefuls fly in to Crawley from as far afield as India and San Francisco to compete in the company's Top Model competition. Elsewhere, the pressure is on to get Virgin's new Dreamliner plane delivered on time from Boeing, and Crawley warehouse staff offer their insights into the airline's fortunes.
After seven years of waiting, the team members are about to get their hands on their new Dreamliner plane. Designer Nik and cabin crew trainer Matt Whip are among the crew flying the new aircraft back to the UK. However, on the trip home, Nik discovers that his new lighting has an unfortunate side effect on the crew's blouses. Meanwhile, back at Heathrow, Chief Executive Craig and his senior team find the welcoming party does not run as smoothly as expected. Cameras also follow staff at the customer complaints centre in Swansea, and in the Crawley warehouse, Tom is thinking about his future. Last in the series
