It's Conner to the rescue when an important client shoots down an advertising pitch. As the new pitch settles in, trouble arises which may put Mason on the unemployment line. Sarah adds to the stress with a full-court press for her office and objections to Mason's choice of a partner for her.

Mason è sotto pressione per creare un nuovo slogan per la Arc Mobile, che ha già rifiutato il primo proposto. La nuova creazione di Conner, però, che il cliente apprezza, fa sorgere dei problemi che potrebbero costare il posto a Mason e mettere alla prova la fiducia di quest'ultimo per Conner. Sarah intanto è decisa ad ottenere l'ufficio che le era stato promesso, ma non è ben disposta nei confronti del partner che Mason le propone.
