Following the attack on his precinct, Kane buries his friends and sets his sights on avenging their deaths. He assembles a new team and follows the trail across the border to Vancouver. Now in Vancouver, Kane joins forces with the CIA to take down a lawyer who had a hand in the attack on Kane’s precinct. The CIA wants the lawyer dead, and promises it will bring Kane one step closer to the man responsible for it all: The Ghost.
