Nakamura and Damien make plans to meet up to see the Jyushouwan movie with Yoshida; Nakamura gets news from her brother that their mom is going to drop by her apartment for New Years.
仲村叶（小芝風花）は任侠（竹内まなぶ）の母が息子のオタク趣味を容認している様子を見て、自分と母との関係を考える。年が明け、北代（木南晴夏）と一緒に行った映画館で叶は偶然吉田（倉科カナ）と出くわす。吉田は男の人といっしょだった。恋愛はオタク趣味とは相容れないと思っていた叶はショックを受ける。その直後、叶の兄（渡部豪太）から電話で、母・志（松下由樹）が叶に会いに向かったことを知らされる。
