The two met smack in the middle of the Pacific in Hawaii, and after 7 years of marriage, they find themselves looking to go tiny in San Francisco. They're committed to the idea of living with a smaller footprint, but Karen's desire for 500 sq./ft. seems a tad tight for Cody's preference of 700 sq./ft. Complicating matters are their hopes of finding outdoor space for their two dogs, indoor space for Cody's XL computer monitor, all without busting their budget in a town where real estate agent Rachel Swann says prices are "booming."
