    It's been four years since he last plagued Mr Pugh but he returns to haunt him as if it was yesterday ... Though originally made in colour by ATV, series three and four only now exist in their finished state as black and white telerecordings. One episode, however, still exists in colour as an ATV-badged pre-broadcast version which doesn't feature end credits. This particular episode, especially, is fortunate to exist as the colour palette gives full flow to the psychedelic goings-on inside Charlies mind.
