Captain Jeremiah "Jerry" Maake was the tough, robocop husband of Vuyiswa Jola and he was the father of Amo, Mogapi and Bakang. Jerry and Vuyiswa have been trying to bring down the Khoza family but have failed. His siblings were Boi, Roy and Adelaide Maake. He was the Lieutenant Captain of Thembisa Police Station.
