Um seinem alten "Freund" Argyle zu helfen, gibt Jarod sich in Las Vegas mehr oder weniger freiwillig als Privatdetektiv Dick Dixon aus. Leider ist auf den niemand besonders gut zu sprechen. Trotzdem geht "Dick" mit Argyle auf die Suche nach dem Mörder von "Dirty Willie", dem Boss von Showgirl Mona, in das Argyle verliebt ist. Außerdem will Jarod dafür sorgen, dass der Traum von Argyles Vater Benny in Erfüllung geht. Der will unbedingt dem Star Wayne Newton seine Eigenkomposition "Auf Wiedersehen" vortragen. Kurz darauf wird Mona entführt und Casino-König Falzone entpuppt sich als der falsche Verdächtige. Die einzige brauchbare Spur führt zu den "Frost Brothers". Hinter dem Namen steckt eine alte Fleischfabrik, in der Jarod und Argyle prompt im Kühlhaus landen: Sie sind den korrupten Hilfssheriffs Dwight und Mike auf die Füße getreten.
Hoch her geht es auch in der Flitterwochen-Suite, die sich Miss Parker und Broots auf der Suche nach Jarod teilen. Nachdem sie morgens überraschend zusammen im Bett aufwachen und sich ordentlich die Meinung sagen, taut die eiskalte Miss Parker plötzlich auf und lässt Broots nicht nur einen Blick auf ihre heißen Dessous werfen...
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA - After being contacted by Argyle, Jarod becomes a Las Vegas private investigator to save a showgirl in trouble with with the mob. Meanwhile, Broots and Miss Parker try to outwit Jarod by posing as a newlywed couple and checking into the honeymoon suite. But come sunrise, they find they've gotten more involved with each other then they ever have chasing Jarod...
