After suffering yet another chest infection, will she finally sign up to go on the lung transplant waiting list? Glyn has kidney failure, fortunately his daughter Sarah has come forward to give him the gift of one of her kidneys and emotions run high on transplant day.

Anwar is still waiting for his-life changing kidney transplant, until the call comes, he'll continue with his dialysis treatment. Ten-year-old Jade also has kidney failure but there's good news as grandad Dave is revealed to be a potential live donor. Anna-Louise is coming to terms with having donated her son's organs, and is channelling her grief into something positive.
