In the first episode the team travel to Woodland View, a nursing home on the edge of Sheffield where sixty residents, all suffering from dementia, are being cared for. The residents have a large green outside area for their use, but they cannot enjoy it. The paths are too dangerous, and the doors to the garden have been locked.
