Rumors abound the Johnson presidency as Katherine is the subject of one that suggests she spends $500 just to get her hair done (in truth, she spends $400). Pauletta sets up an appointment with her hairstylist Keisha to give her sister a makeover – leading to wild and unexpected results when the end result leaves Katherine with an outrageous hairstyle in the shape of the Statue of Liberty (that also happens to play patriotic music and shoots confetti), leaving Pauletta to have to undo the damage. Meanwhile, following his being the center of a false death rumor and discovering that his obituary in the newspaper is only one sentence long, Alvin sets out to make a name for himself by trying to accomplish setting a world record.
