Timmy trainiert fleißig für den großen Rülps-Wettbewerb. Dank der magischen Unterstützung durch Cosmo und Wanda macht seine Mom derweil Karriere als Maklerin. Sie ist derartig erfolgreich, dass die Familie es sich leisten kann, in ein schmuckes neues Heim vor den Toren der Stadt zu ziehen. Leider wohnen dort schon alle ehemaligen Nachbarn und benehmen sich noch seltsamer als sonst. Timmy findet schnell heraus, dass der bekannte Bauunternehmer Doug Dämmerdom für die seltsamen Vorgänge in der Neubausiedlung verantwortlich ist...
Timmy’s mom is having a hard time selling houses, and she’s pretty bummed out about it, so Timmy wishes that his mom could sell a house to anyone. She instantly becomes a huge success. Mom is able to sell houses all over town -- including their own. With all the extra money Timmy’s mom has been making, the Turners can now afford to move to the pristine gated community of Dimmadome Acres. But once the family gets to their new home, Timmy starts noticing strange things about all the residents. They all dress alike, act alike, and everyone is always drinking Dimmadome Farms milk. Something about this isn’t right, and Timmy is going to find out what.

La madre di Timmy si lamenta perché non riesce più a vendere tante case come una volta. Timmy cerca di aiutarla facendole ritornare il suo "tocco magico" nel venderle, ma il bambino esagera nella magia, per cui sua madre finisce con vendere tutte le case di Dimmsdale, compresa la sua. Timmy e i suoi genitori decidono quindi di traslocare in una casa appartenente a una comunità gestita da Doug Dimmadome. In quel luogo tutti gli abitanti, bevendo il latte delle fattorie Dimmadome, entrano in una sorta di trance e cercano di far bere il latte anche a Timmy, ma lui rifiuta. Il bambino scopre poi che sotto tutto ciò c'è un piano diabolico di Doug Dimmadome, che verrà sventato dallo stesso Timmy.
