Cosmos windiger Bruder Schnozmo kommt zu Besuch. Da sein Zauberstab – wie sich später herausstellt- von Jean-Claude von Ramme konfisziert wurde, erfindet Schnozmo eine unglaubliche Geschichte, um an Cosmos Zauberstab zu gelangen. Als Wanda ihm auf die Schliche kommt, droht das hervorragende Bild, das Cosmo von seinem Bruder hat, zerstört zu werden.
