Kuzco sorgt für Ärger im Einkaufszentrum und das kostet den dort angestellten Wachposten den Job. Aus schlechtem Gewissen setzt Kuzco nun alles daran, dem Mann seinen Job wieder zu verschaffen. In der Zwischenzeit plant Yzma einen Banküberfall.
When Kuzco refuses to leave the mall, he gets into a chase with Officer Achamare and gets him fired. Since the mall needs security Kuzco is forced to do it. When the mall gets out of control, Kuzco tries to get Officer Achamare his job back. Meanwhile, Yzma and Kronk plan to break into Kuzco's money vault.
Kuzco cause des problèmes au centre commercial et fait renvoyer le vigile. Il doit tout faire pour qu'il récupère son poste. Pendant ce temps, Yzma prépare le braquage d'une banque, ce qui va être très utile pour montrer le courage du vigile.
