Here's why restaurants have a minimum

While Nate fixes Molly dinner, she tries to talk about his job. As she is unable to focus, she slips out to meet Mos for dinner and tells him she is pregnant and he may be the baby's father. Nick happens to be sitting at the next table, so Molly sends him to the men's room to see how Mos is, but there's no one there. She confides her puzzlement over what to do to Nick who also offers her support. Back in her apartment, Florence and Arthur drop by to congratulate her and offers her the money for a downpayment on her apartment as a wedding present. When Molly says she isn't getting married, he says she can still have the money, but she refuses it. Florence says she'll manage Arthur and the money and they sit down to eat.
