Things are not going so well for Tony. First, his new car was stolen, right in front of him. Next, he is informed that a patient from psychiatric hospital has just escaped, and that he is some kind of egotistical, maniacal genius, who wants to, among other things, fly an airplane, perform a medical procedure, and join the police department.
