Episode 3 - "Real hitchhiking challenge starts in Asia". We go where no tourists go, and discover some amazing places. But we get stuck on and have to sleep on the street, or rather on an abandonned train. We get a good taste of Malaysian hospitality, and get our first bordercrossing into Thailand.
Episode 4 - "From sleeping on the street to a private resort" We go from rags to riches and discover the amazing beaches and resorts of Thailand. The incredible thai food and streetfood and get some time to edit our videos. If you are looking for a good vacation in Thailand, this is our recommendation.
Episode 5 - "How to travel around Bangkok on the cheap". Budget advice for Khao San Road, where we try the streetfood and go for a night out! We dive into Bangkok's crazy nightlife and try out different clubs. We make new friends and have a fantastic experience in this mega city.
Episode 6 - "Loy Krathong Festival in Chiang Mai, Thailand." This celebration of magical burning lanterns is a holy festival of light. We discover Chiang Mai, all the amazing top things to do in the city.
Episode 7 - "Chiang Mai to Pai" We show you all the amazing sights of Pai in North Thailand. Secret waterfalls, elephants and hotsprings. And hitchhiked the road from Chiang Mai. The Hostel life is incredible and we love our time in Pai.
Episode 8 - "Visa troubles" Hitchhiking in Thailand, with a visa deadline to leave the country in 24hours ! We visit Chiang Rai and go through the mountains to go east. No time to waste to get to Cambodia. Getting into trucks and getting stopped by the police. Crazy adventures on the road.
Episode 9 - "Volunteering in Cambodia" We explore the capitol city Phnom Penh and went off the beaten track in the jungle to help support an orphanage with the last money we had left. This is where the journey ends - in a really peaceful place in the middle of nowhere in South East Asia.

Episode 5 - "The most beautiful beaches in the world" We take it slow in the smallest country of Central America. With perfect waves for surfing and ideallic palm trees and other backpackers we take the time to enjoy, surf and recover. From Santa Ana, passing several volcanos, towards San Miguel. Until we reached La Libertad, Playa El Tunco, Playa El Sunzal, Playa El Zonte and El Cuco.
Episode 6 - "Finding undiscovered paradise on a vulcanic island in Honduras" We're getting far off the beaten track - far away from tourists- in Honduras. This country's residents are extremely friendly, but unfortunately there is also dangerous crime which pains this incredible country. We experience the danger, and the love from the locals -and get rewarded with one of the best travel experiences ever in Isla Del Tigre! Route : San Lorenzo to Choluteca.
Episode 7 - "Starting off on the wrong foot at the border" After a very rude and traumatic border crossing where we had bribe our way into Nicaragua we set about exploring the country in an attempt to really show you guys how to travel around it's many tourist attractions on a budget. It turns out that the lovely people of Nicaragua changed our first opinions of this country - and its now one our our favorites! Episode 8 - "Pura Vida on a budget in Caribbean paradise" Our budget challenge is getting harder in this touristy country because this is the MOST expensive country of the trip by far! Costa Rica has a wealth of beauty both in tropical nature and it's amazing people. From San Jose to Limon, we hitchhike and set our eyes on the caribbean sea. Enjoying swimming in the blue waters and white beaches in this backpacker hotspot.
Episode 9 - "Celebrating the end of the challenge" Bocas Del Toro to Panama City, we enjoy the last moments together on this incredible journey. We visit the Panama Canal, and the remote islands of San Blas. Where we hitchhike an expensive yacht and make our way to the remote island group in the turquise waters filled with reefs and fish. And even an abadonned shipwreck!

In this second episode we awake in the bustling city of Yangon and quickly find ourselves lost within its labyrinth of streets and markets. We create our own DIY food tour on the central train line, and then we start our hitchhike up north to Bagan, Mandalay, and beyond.
In this episode, we hitchhike from Yangon to Mandalay eventually getting to Bagan. Bagan is known for the abundant amount of ancient pagodas, temples, and monasteries. Most of this episode takes place in Bagan where we spend a few days exploring these ancient structures.
In this episode, we travel from Mandalay to Hsipaw by train. Hsipaw is a small town in the Northen part of the country in Shan state. It's surrounded by incredibly beautiful nature so we finish our trip strong with an epic three-day trek through the jungle.
Episode 1 The Budgeteers all meet up in Delhi just in time for Holi Festival. After eating their body weight in delicious local Indian streetfood they show how much fun Holi can be and also how to ride the trains to Agra without prior bookings.
Episode 2 - We take the local train, the cheapest ticket, to Agra and went to explore the Taj Mahal. We even discovered some ancient ruins. The Budgeteers arrive in Agra town via the local train, no first class for us! Instead we traveled general class which as you can see has it’s perks and downfalls. Soon after arriving we make some more friends in the form of fellow YouTubers Kara and Nate, where we all share epic sunsets and good times around the legendary and stunningly beautiful Taj Mahal.
Episode 3- Arriving in Jaipur the beautiful and historic Pink City. Unfortunately for us we all get very sick, so for the duration of this episode we document what it's actually like when you get sick with infamous Delhi Belly in India. It's not all bad though, thanks to amazing locals, the gorgeous city of Jaipur, and our new friends Kara and Nate, we make the best of our time whilst we get ourselves better.
Episode 4 - Trains in India are AMAZING and you don't need to ride first class to enjoy the journey. Watch us travel the luggage wagon to Jodhpur and then hop the train to Jaisalmer. 'Train Hopping' is when you jump on a cart that has no seats and essentially you just hang on and see where it goes! It's dangerous and not something we encourage. An action packed episodes full of train hopping, zip lining, camel riding, beers, curries for days, as well as plenty more to enjoy and discuss about after.... but for now....sit back and relax.
Episode 5 - India's region of Punjab or Amritsar- we never heard of it before coming to travel India, but what a place this is! The Sikh religion's "Golden Temple" blew us away, the 'Attari Border Crossing' ceremony was just madness, and the whole state is just such a colorful/ beautiful place to visit.
Episode 6 - Wanna travel India? You MUST visit the home of the Dalai Lama in stunning mountains of Himachal Pradesh, more specifically Dharamshala and Mcleodganj. This episode shows you how staying with locals actually helped us to see more of this gorgeous state, as well as to try even more delicious 'Indian Street Food'. Make sure to get the trains and buses up north and give this quieter yet much more beautiful part of India a try!
Episode 7 - Adventure sports in Manali, a beautiful town in the Himalayas of Himachal Pradesh. With plenty to do and see we have our best adventures of the series so far. We have lots of fun in the snow. However things don't get off to the best start... If you are new here we are showing what it's like to backpack around India on a budget of $1000. We love to show the street food we eat, the best places to visit (travel guide), as well as ride first class trains everywhere haha ;)
Episode 8 - Rishikesh Yoga capitol of the world, in the state of Uttarakhand, is where the adventures of the travel series continue. We try free yoga, we go trekking in the mountains in search of beautiful nature, and we even go rafting down The Ganges River. There are more troubles with Indian Trains at the end as you'll see. We really want to travel first class guys but things never seem to go our way! ;) If you are new here we are showing what it's like to backpack around India on a budget of $1000. Episode 9 - Experiencing the sacred death ceremony in Varanasi in the state of Uttar Pradesh in India. We take the boat out of the Holy Ganges river to reflect on our journey. We tried to book into a better class of train for the overnight sleeper (we even thought about booking first class ) But alas things went wrong so the journey was another slog. BUT... once we arrived we could instantly tell we were in a very holy and important place within the culture and religion of India. As unkowning westerners we witnessed the 'Ganga Aarti Ceremony' The burning of the bodies next to the river. Which left us speechless and taught us so much about life and death.
