Seeing how much emotional pain Ridge is in, Stephanie refrains from telling her son that his daughter is in a relationship with his worst enemy. Fresh from her “intervention” with Dr. James Warwick, Steffy isn’t convinced that a relationship with Rick is wrong, until Stephanie decides to interject. Unable to listen to her grandmother’s harsh words any longer, Steffy runs off. Brooke is still unsure if Rick’s feelings for Steffy are genuine, or just another means of revenge towards Ridge. As Rick is explaining his and Steffy’s love for each other to Brooke, Ridge overhears.
