Stephanie observes and selfishly enjoys the wedge building between Brooke and Ridge because of Rick. Eric is met with mixed opinions, mostly negative, from his family regarding the decision to make Rick the president of Forrester Creations. Keeping up the pretense about his physical improvement, Rick begins to walk using crutches. Ridge voices his concern to Brooke about Rick using his condition to deceive her and turn her against him.
